Processing and Shipping Policy

 

Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process and ship orders.

 

All packages are shipped USPS (Standard Shipping).

All shipping cost will be calculated by weight.

Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking details may take 24 – 48 hours to update on the USPS website.

 

Buttercille Beauty LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS.

 

If your tracking info states that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS for more info.

 

If you accidently provided an incorrect address at checkout and your package has already shipped, please contact USPS to give the correct address. If the package is returned to us, undeliverable, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to resend your order/package.

 

We have no control over the process of the orders once they are shipped, therefore we are unable to answer any questions about delays, lost or miss sent packages.
